WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to accept returns for whatever reason unless it is a bespoke drawing done specially for you. If it is something we are confident we can resell we will happily accept it back but we will exercise discretion on bespoke items.Â
Return postage is done at the buyers expense.
Any damaged items will not be refunded. Please make sure you have packaged the item well to avoid any damage in transit.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we will happily do gift cards. Let us to know to who and for how much and we will send you through a Paypal request and send you a gift card for that amount.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At present our payment method is via Paypal. If you are unable to use Paypal we will accept cheques.
CAN YOU DO BESPOKE DRAWINGS?
Yes we can! Most things will work but if we can't find a way to do it well, we'll let you know. Email cuckoosisters@gmail.com for a quote.
